We’re closing in on Chorus, the Lagolian’s home star system. It’s been a long month of relentless, deadly 5v5 skirmishes with the Nekrol, deadly AI robots with mysterious origins, but there’s finally a light at the end of the tunnel, especially now that I’m in command of the Lagolian army.
But before we can finish off the Nekrol, I need upgrades.
Vega shows me a whole new world called Holodnor, a neutral planet where alien races buy and sell everything from weapons to DNA upgrades. I’m going to need every little upgrade I can get, because there’s a new threat on the horizon – one that will make fighting the Nekrol seem like fighting kids’ toys – and one that will shed some light on where the alien robots came from, and what they want from the Lagolians.
