Quarantined in Heat
Adam finishes his breakfast at the chow hall, but the alarms go off and the armed guards put everyone on the floor. It’s another quarantine, this time because of multiple confirmed cases of The Heat, and they’re saying it’s the Hyper Strain.
He’s moved into a small holding pod with a random girl. Her name is Jenna, but she’s very reserved and lays down for a long nap when they arrive. The emergency broadcast system comes on several times, alerting him that it’s going to be a mandatory ten day quarantine.
Jenna looks pale and clammy, and Adam has no idea what’s in store for them.
